Day 24: Art and Murray visiting
Art and Murray were in Saint Louis last night and today to discuss our mutual grant...and to meet Eila! They were very sweet with her and shared stories from their experience as fathers and grandfathers. Murray brought a little outfit and Art brought a stuffed harbor seal as gifts—very sweet!
Day 23: She made weight!
Eila is up 5 ounces and the doctor is happy. Phew! Keep eating, girl!
Day 22: My turn!
This morning Jill met Anne and Iris for a walk in Forest Park; I tagged along to say hi and then went to work.
This afternoon, after work, Jill and I took Eila for a walk, and I got to try out the Ergo! I liked it.
Then tonight, Eila was just a fussy baby and screamed for an hour or more (probably hungry (?) but she just ate!). Thankfully she is asleep now, because I need to work on my lecture for class tomorrow and it is NOT ANYWHERE NEAR DONE....whoopsies.
